Returns Policy

At Deck Candy, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read through our returns policy below to understand how we handle returns.

What can be returned?

Eligible Items: We accept returns on items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Custom-made orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Product Longevity Considerations: Please note that normal wear, fading, and changes in appearance due to sun, salt, or environmental exposure are expected and are not considered manufacturing defects. Review our Note on Product Longevity for more details.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. We’re unable to process returns beyond this period, so please inspect your items as soon as they arrive.

Return Process

  • Request a Return: Contact our customer service team with your order details, item(s) for return, and reason for return.
  • Receive Authorisation: We’ll provide instructions and a return authorisation number.
  • Prepare Your Package: Use the original packing materials if possible. Make sure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Shipping for returns

  • Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
  • International Returns: For international orders, return shipping costs and any associated duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend selecting a tracked shipping option for your return to ensure safe delivery.

Credit for returns

If the item is defective you will be given a full refund. For items that are change of mind an account credit will be issued to the customer upon the return of undamaged goods. Please note if the goods are used or damaged in any way a credit will not be issued.

Packing materials

Please return items in the original packaging whenever possible to help protect the product during transit. If the original packaging is unavailable, please use materials that provide similar protection.
